悲喜交加外贸第一单:大家好,我是黄黄。再次跟大家分享下,咱的外贸第一弹。那是刚来公司,纯属菜鸟。一次有个澳大利亚客户发邮件到公司邮箱,询问对讲机。当时心情无比激动,跟客户谈了好几次之后,终于确认了订单。客户是用paypal付款的,款到咱就准备发货了。外贸菜鸟哦,第一次单子就出现纰漏了。澳大利亚用澳规火牛,这个咱没想到,直接发国标的过去了。还好,客户很和善,收到单子后也没生气,就说火牛发错了,让咱补给他。补发过去后,一切OK。
第一单哦,挺难忘的。 -

相信很多新手会有这样的困惑:哎呀,开发信要怎么写,要注意哪些:询盘要怎么回比较专业,是不是客户一询价就要报价呢,该怎么回复比较好?其实,不只是新手,老业务对客户的询盘的回复也是存在一些问题的。比如语气坚硬,不客气。这些都应该是偶们外贸人平时要多注意的一些小细节。
下面,黄黄跟大家分享下偶的开发信以及询盘的回复技巧。多多捧场。
1.外贸客户的开发信
开发信不要求太长,如果能做到既简介有吸引客户的话,恭喜你,可以说你的开发信已经写的相当好了。

开发信可以多加些小创意,吸引客户。像发给澳大利亚的客户,我会加这么一句Smile Australia,happy everyday.这样感觉跟客户更贴近。收到回复的几率也会大大提高。

比如说,你知道这个客户经营的产品刚好是你们正在销售的产品,或者你了解客户的联系信息,每年采购需求。针对这些比较了解的客户,开发信可以稍微改动下。

This is alice from ........ We're pleased to know you from alibaba.com.(这一句做参考,如果你是从其他渠道了解到客户的,可以改动。切记不要硬班硬抄哦,要适当变动)

有时候我会觉得很lucky,针对潜在客户的开发信,会收到很多surprise。一些客户会回复你并要求直接报价,数量很是客观。下面就是一个潜在客户的回复。做外贸,开发客户并不可少,要勤于动动手,很多惊喜等着你。

二,对价格敏感或比较重要的客户询盘的回复(暂不发报价单)
对于有提出喜欢的型号,但是没具体阐明的客户,我们也可以先不发报价单,一是防止同行套价,而是防止客户拿我们产品的价格做对比。这样也不利于客户的成交。

询盘的回复要懂得变动,例如下面的这封询盘,我会针对客户的要求重点挑出有一款对讲机进行介绍,会发3款产品的目录,让客户进行对比。而不是一股脑子把报价单发给客户。这样才对让客户觉得你用心,专业。

第二个问题:对于中小型对讲机企业,适合主力推广一款机子比较好呢?
是不是所有的机子都平均推广,不如主打一两款的好? -
外贸骗局做外贸有5个月了,现在跟大家一起分享下外贸遇到的种种骗局。发布在 电子电气数码联盟
1.外贸钓鱼邮件。本来邮件就不多,看到有邮件过来,心里就很是兴奋。然而呢,看到客户发来的链接心里是极其气愤 呐。如果你登陆那个网址,嘻嘻,恭喜你,你地账号肯定被盗了,记得赶紧像阿里工作人员求助哦。
钓鱼钓鱼,这些早该被屏蔽才对。
2.冒充阿里巴巴工作人员。经常收到明月阿里巴巴工作人员的邮件,说偶们账号存在高度风险,或者高度漏洞(怎么搞得跟杀毒软件似的),要立即马上恢复邮件确认。看到这类邮件,偶鸟都不鸟,直接归垃圾箱的了。
3.外贸骗子何其多。尤其是印度阿三,骗样品骗PI,还变着花样骗。弄一个印度公司的网址,发过来询盘,看到那询盘,偶们肯定会重视:因为落款清晰,又有网址又有详细的公司介绍,寻求信息,要免费样品。像偶们这些小菜鸟肯定会灰常重视。当然罗,偶们是做对讲机的,一般客户要样品都是要收费滴,没有免费样品发的。木办法,成本高啊。印度阿三看骗样品不成,就换个账号骗PI。汗死,我遇到好几个。用阿里巴巴免费账户给你发求购信息,看骗样不成,换MSN继续骗。偶滴娘啊,现在看到印度阿三就不想鸟,骗子何其多。
4. 还有是WEST UNION 诈骗的,新加坡就非常多。在你快下班时发邮件说西联已将到账,而且还发汇款图片给你看。大家要警惕新加坡的www.sgmarket.com 这家的,百分之一千万是骗子。地址是
