You can report your customer's special requirement to your boss,maybe he will give you the answer.
If you have the right to make final decision,please consider the cost you can afford it or not.

I don't think you can accept their requirement in the trail order.but for a long term business,you won't miss this customer,that's why we need to negotiate.My suggestion:first order we do it as per practice,let customer pay for 50000pcs,if their order quantity up to xxxx pcs(maybe for one year purchase order),you can promise that send them xxxxxpcs for free.
