            你们见过第一封询盘就有这么多问题的客户吗?这就是传说中的大客户吗?
            这是一封冗长的邮件,一共包含了17个问题,格式是客户那里原封不动复制过来的,粗字体是我的回复。 想要搜索这个客户的信息,他只提供了姓名和公司名字。 最苦恼是搜索公司名的,搜出来一堆沾边的不沾边的网站,不知道哪个是,又或者一个都不是。
             下面的回答,想了N久才回答好的。好坏匆评,且先看完再根据自己公司的情况把你们心里的回复献上 (欢迎任何建议或意见)。

    Dear XX ,
        Thanks for your inquiry. I am XX from XX,  very glad to serve you. You must write these questions with sincere thought and read many answers from different suppliers. Here is my sincere answer for them:
    1. Name of Item: H4 Halogen headlamp
    2. Material: Glass surface
    3. Packaging: pack with paper box
    4. Labelling: it can be customized.
    5. Quantity: you’d better test it yourself
    6. Frequency: you’d better test it yourself  ( 不知道这是啥东东,得问咱家技术人员)
    7. Colour We require OEM branding and will send a picture of our logo to you to be placed on our products. ( Ok )
    Depending on your response to the questions below we may select you and require you to send a test sample to us.
    Please let us know the following:


    1.    Are you a factory or a trading company? (we are happy to work with both but require this for our records)
    We are both a trading company and half factory. We have our own product
    patent and produce it with help of our cooperating factory.

    2.    Please list the countries you have exported to before.
    Since we have been in the market of motorcycle parts over 10 years and our
    products are welcomed by people in various country, it might be easier to list
    the countries that we never exported to.

    3.    Have you exported to Australia?
         Yes.
    4.    What is the name of the Company in Australia you have exported to?
    It is said from the boss he has a good business friend in your country,
    but I did not know his name or company.

    5. Do you have advice on how to pack and transport your product?
      For shipping, you can choose it according to your amount of goods and your require days on receiving the goods.
      Big amount, you can choose sea shipping( cheap), packaging paper box inside, outside with plastic bags or that is waterproof,
      For fast and safty, you can choose DHL, pack with
    standard paper box.

    6.    Please provide one page description of your Company.   此处我就介绍公司主要产品是XX,主要销往XXXXX 等地区,有产品专利。
    May I ask if you have read information about our website ? Short description written based on my knowing about our company: 。。。。(此处省略100字)

    7.    Please provide a description of your quality control system. (编的,我们家技术人员,最有经验的业务员和BOSS都是同一人,有秒懂的吗?)
    Every time the sample is made, the technician will test it before put it into large amount of production.
    And the goods will be tested again before it is put into the warehouse by warehouse
    worker, those with poor quality will be sent back to factory, and technician
    will get some of them for testing of quality again. Before the goods sent out, they
    will be checked again.

    8. What are the MOQs : 50pieces
    9.Please provide your best quote on an FOB basis:
    I guess you need the tested sample, it would be US$50.00/piece, shipping
    free by Hong Kong post air mail ( around 15 -50 days due to the china new
    year), shipping by DHL will be US$30.00( around 3 -5 days). I believe you value
    quality much more than else. We are capable of offering 10000 pieces of this
    headlamp every month. May I know your plan buying quantity per month ? So I
    could bargain with the boss.

    10. Where your loading port is located?  ( 我不是商英的,真不明白装货港啥东东。。只是百度知道跟FOB,CIF 这些又是有关系了。装货港跟FOB价有联系,而CIF 是FOB+运费,跟卸货港对应所以我就像下面那样回复了。是不是有人要感慨:没文化真可怕!)

    这个客户竟然回复了!别惊讶,他就说自己在做调查,会浏览我们的网页。
    跟他聊了几封,终于套出实情:

    OH MY GOD!!!!! 最后我给他下判定:新人,非摩配行业,办杂货。



    在回复里得到众多评论,也知道自己犯了某些大神眼里的低级错误,但最大的错误在于没有求助就擅自处理自己根本处理不了的事。于是今晚我便把情境倒回去再问一次,老板是这么说的:这个客户发的邮件是qunfa的模板,主要是调查供应商情况,可能是随便拿个产品来问的。这些问题不用一个个回,太费时间了,要先问清他是不是对这个产品感兴趣,是否有购买需求,还要问他的公司网址,了解他的主营产品,市场, 可以个批发价给他,MOQ..等,无须把详细信息告诉他。 这种情况他遇到的多了去。。。。。。(原来如此。。。。)

    妥妥的看了很无语   你觉得客户发了这么多问题的东西过来  还会是认真看过你们网站的人么?
    就介绍下厂在哪里  年销量多少 有多少工作人员 研发部有多少人 主打产品是什么 主要市场是哪里

    就写你们有自己的QC (检测团队)  然后也邀请客户验厂

    9.Please provide your best quote on an FOB basis:

    好长好长好长!!!客户没和你说样品的事情  你就不要提到   他要他就会和你说的  然后再商讨免费不免费。我觉得就写上大量和小量的价格就行了

    这个直接回复广东白云区附近的港口就行了  

    针对这个  我觉得楼主应该好好百度FOB和CIF   然后认真的看下解释   即使不是商英专业的也能理解

    楼主,不是我打击你,这邮件回复水平真的有待提高。。。。如果我是客户,光看到你的5,6点我就会看不下去,果断联系其它家了。既然你不懂知道要问技术,那就应该问过技术后再来好好回复客户。你想你去买东西,你问老板这个质量好吧,老板说你自己看呗,你说你是啥想法。而且那还是不quality,是quantity。后面的回复也都差强人意。多学习吧,加油
