    当有客户和你砍价的时候,你这样回复他试试看?!


    I have another customer who is now with
    good relationship with us used to complaining about his former led pcb supplier about
    the quality problems.
    This fact tells us do not buy cheap
    led bulbs.
    Normally you were happy while having the price cut,
    but you will not be happy while using it. On the other hand, you were
    distressed while paying the high price, but you will be happy while using it
    everyday.
    Some customer said your led bulb price is
    higher than others. I said: Porsche and Range Rover are also expensive, but
    more and more people are driving them. Santana is cheap, however more and more
    people are cleaning it out.  Nokia is
    cheap, iphone is expensive, but apple is becoming the most valuable company in
    this world while nokia broke down.
     Customer always think we charge too much,
    so they kept bargaining with us, calculating material cost with us, but I want
    to ask him:
    Did you add design cost?
    Did you add human labor cost?
    Did you add marketing cost?
    Did you add warehouse cost? Logistic cost?
    Management cost? Company operation cost?!.......
     
    I would rather explain about our high price
    for a while not be sorry for the quality of products for the entire life.

    你把這些粗略的算出來,然後跟客戶說我們成本是這麼多。要發工資,要交稅,我們老闆還熱衷公益事業,他給員工的福利也很好,大家很願意給他做事,每個人都在為企業分擔,所以在您這裡,如果不能確保有利可圖,那體現不出我自己對公司的貢獻。您設身處地的想想,您的公司員工虧本賣您的產品,後果是什麼。最後表達下真心希望和他合作
