    我的身心已经疲惫,我的右手开始隐隐作痛,在电脑面前敲击出来的不仅仅是简单的文字,更是我的心迹。每天要跟你做思想较量。真的很累,很累。
    今天,你说,让我们再等待一周,给你更多的时间观望。看市场态势会不会好转。但是,我们预料事情一定不容乐观。两周的时间了,都没有什么进展,再给一周又能怎样?那么只有一条退路----Return the goods.
    那么,上帝,对不起,你的预收款也将要泡汤。
    所谓两难,所谓两败俱伤,所谓网破鱼亡。大抵就是如此这般。
    想起这个余款,纵然还有70万,若是收不回来,就算泪流千万行,怎么能洗去心头的那份寒,那份酸。。。
    我们的货物已在港口滞留二周。客人却发来如下邮件:
    regret to say that we are unable to get the favorable feedback from the customer.
    we have only the following options available.
    1). you return the goods back to u,
    u can charge the freight and other expenses from us, and then refund the balance.

    2), you send us the documents,
    we will clear the goods and then send u the payment within 30days.

    3), u find new customer for the goods,
    but in this case, u will have to send the documents to us, bcoz no one will like to clear the goods and take the risk in the description of goods mentioned by us.

    but it is no problem, u take the payment from them directly, and we will clear the goods for them free of charge,
    u can sell them goods at any price, but just return our money in that case, and we will clear the goods for that customer.

    and we can assure that your other customer will have the lowest prices then any other importer.
    i think u may prefer the first option or may be third option,
    but we prefer second option,
    and trust me, it is safe, easy and early for both of us
    i m sorry to say we do not want to invest in this market right now,
    this is no profit deal for us,
    on the contrary we will loose some money in it, but still we are ready to clear the goods and arrange for the payments to u.
    but it is possible only if u can send the documents to us.
    i understand it is a difficult decision and also it take time to have trust and confidense on us,
    but I M REALLY VERY VERY SORRY FOR THIS SITUATION,
    BCOZ BOTH OF US ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIFFICULT SITUATION
    IT IS ALL BCOZ OF OUR CHEATING DONE BY OUR CUSTOMER AND UNFAVORABLE MARKET SITUATION
    we have already taken the risk of $40,000 bcoz of him and we do not want to invest a single more dollar in it,
    So if u cannot do it, then u can decide how do u want to proceed.
    Your boss has to decide for it,
    but believe me, your money will be safe if u send the documents to us,
    Besides, there is one more option.
    u send the documents, to us,
    we will clear the goods,
    u sell it to anyone u want to sell at the cost price or at any price,
    and then u can tell them to collect goods from me, and send payment to u directly
    so decide it and finalize how u wan to proceed.
    Decide early before it is too late, bcoz next Govt. Judgement date on use of foil laminated paper is on 7th Sept.
    so goods must be sold before 7th sept.
    otherwise there might not be any option left.
    SO DECIDE SOON BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
