Do I need agree the special requirement of this customer ?

Recently I am facing a big problem from ML customer, who is introduced by my UK customer, and they are the OEM supplier and partner of my UK customer, the UK customer has project need the ML customer to produce, and need purchase our rubber seal.
In the begginning, the process is smooth, we make a tooling and the ML customer pay the tooling cost. after then they need we supply 200pcs as free samples, we done it. After then they request supply 50000pcs as trial run but it is free too. Let me explain some detail for above, we sign a mould agreement, and they don't write this point with remarkable word, and I missed it, they also never mentioned this before sign the agreement, the 50000pcs will be very high cost for us ( Total annual qty is about 1 million pcs.)
In my opinion, I can't gree with requirement. Because once we agree the first time, maybe we need supply more free 50000pcs in the future, we can't do this precedent. But the customer also means we should double check this agreement, and if we don't agree this, it will affect the future business.
How can I do ? Any good advice will be very appreciate. -

yeah you are right, you can not accept this 50000pcs. As we all know, except the tooling you also need to pay the employee. In my opinion, you can pay part of the tooling, because maybe you can also use it to produce for other customers. -

You can report your customer's special requirement to your boss,maybe he will give you the answer.
If you have the right to make final decision,please consider the cost you can afford it or not.
I don't think you can accept their requirement in the trail order.but for a long term business,you won't miss this customer,that's why we need to negotiate.My suggestion:first order we do it as per practice,let customer pay for 50000pcs,if their order quantity up to xxxx pcs(maybe for one year purchase order),you can promise that send them xxxxxpcs for free. -

I think you can't agree their requirement this time. But you can tell the customer if they place second order which reach your MOQ next time, you can reduce the money for 50000pcs. Of course, you need to get the approval of your boss firstly. -
