       案例一:
    I hope this e-mail finds you well.
    We are XXX .
    We would like to sell white and black plain canvas sneakers with a rubber sole, with shoelaces and matching socks for men and matching bracelets for women. Please see the attachments for an example.
    First we would like to order samples of black and white sneakers for men and women. Sizes (NL/EU): Men: 45 Women: 39.
    If all is good, we would like to buy XXX pairs in total and later that year we want to expand to 10.000 pairs. We are looking to build a long term relationship.
    About the design:  
    Attached you find a shoe that we would like to create, but with canvas instead of leather.
    The sole can be made out of rubber.
    Can you also produce shoelaces and bracelets or socks? We can also send you the fabrics.
    Could you please tell us what our possibilities are and what your quotes are?

    这是我遇到的最长的询盘了,客户先来自我介绍,感觉还是蛮有诚意的。客户想要帆布鞋以及配套的鞋带袜子。并且说了开始的数量不是很大,要样品, 也可以提供原材料。这个客户的询盘很仔细,明确了自己要的东西,还给了我们产品的图片。但是由于公司软件还是什么问题,客户给的图片无法打开。所以让客户重新发了一次图片。

    We can do this canvas shoes,and can offer the samples. If we have a good relationship, we can send you free samples,but now we need charge for the samples. The sample charge is USDxx .
    The sample charge will be returned when you have official order.
    Usually, our MOQ is xxx pairs. To establish a long term relationship, we can accept the trial order .But you know,the cost will be higher than production.

    因为是第一次合作,我们不能提供免费的样品,所以和客户说一下样品费用。然后说价格的问题,因为客户的数量没有达到我们的MOQ, 有和客户沟通过数量的问题,客户比较坚持,应该是新款想看市场的反应。 就告诉客户为了建立友好关系,我们可以接受订单,但是数量不够,价格会比平时要高一点。Dear Ada,

    We also want to include our label in the shoe, but this is not relevant for the samples, so we will send this later.

    Our concept is the following: plain white and black sneakers and matching socks&shoelaces. Please see attached the print we would like to have for shoes and shoelaces. Do you have similar fabrics?

    看到这封邮件我还是很开心的。客户很有意向,把他的合伙人加了进来,这说明客户很想和我们开始。客人同意了样品费。然后问我们一些产品问题,设计图片,他们的设计理念。可是客人要印花的帆布。于是我找了一家做印花的帆布厂看是否有类似的帆布。可是没有找到,但是如果定做的话,开版费太贵了,所以找了两款给客户看。客户不是很喜欢,中间有几封来往的邮件和及时聊天就不写了,和客户商量是否客户自己提供原材料。目前客户还在跟进中。
     
    案例二:
     
    这个客户是在trademessage上认识的,问我是否可以做他们的产品,然后发了图片给我们,问我们是否可以报价。
    Hi Ada, i am interested in buying leather Taekwondo Shoes from you. Are you able to make shoes with our own design? How much would shoes with our own design cost?

    然后询问材料,客户回复
    That is correct, leather upper, rubber sole, eva inner


    问客户尺寸和数量
    We will want approx 1200 per orderWe are looking for sizes between 38 - 46

    I am not 100% sure on the lining material。

    然后问客户可能提供样品给我们参考,客户回复
    I can send you one very soon, what address should i send it to? Are you able to provide an estimated cost before i send the shoe to you?

    然后根据客户的要求给客户估价。等了几天也没见客户说样品的事。就发邮件询问。
    Did you send the sample out?I have not get any news from you now.Looking forward to your early reply.客户回复:Sorry for the delay, I am still waiting of the artwork from my marketing team. I am hoping to get this today and then I will send out the sample and artwork to you.


    好吧,接着等吧,第三天又问他样品是不是寄出来了
    Dear Ada,
    I am well thank you, how are you?We are finishing the artwork today and will send the sample to you either today or tomorrow.I will send you tracking details when I send it.I will also send you artwork to your email address so you can put our logo on the shoe.
    哎,还没寄出来。接着等。后来终于寄出来了,还发了设计稿给我们。
    I have just sent it out this minute. I have attached the artwork for you and will have a tracking number a bit later today for you as well. Please match the quality of the sample shoe I have sent you and put our artwork on it. How long will it take to make and send me back the sample
    发的DPD快递,我都查不到快递信息,不知道几天能收到样品。在等待中。
