    不知不觉间,我进公司都一年多了,但是还是没接到什么大单子,是不是有点对不起自己了?呵呵,废话就不多说了,直奔主题吧!今天我要分享的是一个澳大利亚的客户。怎么说呢,这个客户也不是什么大客户,应该也是个小的批发商还是什么的,数量倒是也不大,下的是手提电脑的框框包。这个客户的订单可是跨年度的呢!呵呵
    下面请看我与客户的邮件往来(201年12月10日  星期一):

    看到客户这个数量我就来劲了,因为那时候刚接到两三个小单,感觉这个数量已经是很大的了,所以就很积极的信心满满回复了客户(12月10日):

    客户要我发包包的细节图,规格尺寸以及告诉他包装的方式,于是按照客户的要求,我拍了包包的细节,内部图片发给他,并告诉他包装方式。接下来他要我跟他在MSN上细聊,我想这个客户意向很大,于是我加了他的MSN,跟他在MSN上面详谈了,因为MSN上谈得更加直接,更加透彻一点吧!之后很多细节问题都是在MSN上面谈的了。

    看来这个客户要的不只是一款包包了,而是要几个款式的,还要相机包,幸好我们也做相机包的。依照客户的要求,我也发了几款内胆包包和相机包给客户做参考,下面是我的回复(12月12日):

    看到这里,我们可以知道,客户有自己的代理在深圳,所以我们只需把货运到深圳他代理那里就ok了。可我似乎没有开始的那兴奋劲儿了,因为现在的数量跟开始的数量相差太远了,而且还是几个款的,零零散散的。加上那时候刚好接近年底,工厂都是比较忙的,这么零散的单我怕工厂都安插不进去呢。不过我还是满怀信心的很耐心的给他报了价格。

    I am not at all interested for the camera bags at these prices.

            First, your quantity is a bit small, and the second,you need to put your logo in the bag. But this is our first cooperation, in order to establish our long-term relationship. We can produce for you as the first quotation.

    此处省略N多个字N多封邮件……经过多次MSN与邮件的往来商讨,最终客户决定先下订800个一个款的框框包。但要加他自己的logo,还要春节前出货,这个显然是不可能的了,因为年底都很忙,都在赶货,这个单根本就插不进去做了。只能跟客户说过完春节20天出货。没办法,客户也只能同意了。接下来就是跟客户确认他们的商标,以及包装方式,因为他有货代在深圳,就叫他货代也跟我沟通了。

    I will appreciate if you could provide the samples.

    Also, I have a suggestion here. It can work out if you really offer me good price. Just check if it suits you.
    The suggestion is that whenever you have orders for any model of laptop bags from other customers, you can give me price and picture of the same.
    If the price would be good, I would try to place my order along with.
    This way you will have additional order. And I will be able to make a range of bags for me.
    When I have test marketed those models, I will be in better position to place regular orders.

    By the way, is there any chance that my current order be finished with in this month?

    1.Is it possible to make this size to fit 16” laptop instead of 15.6” as in your quote?2.The inner padding/cushion on the front and back of the bag- can it be at least double of the current thickness as in sample?
    3. Zipper teeth quality needs to be of better quality. Runner quality is good.When I open and close the bag zipper does not feel so smooth.
    4.I assume that stich and material quality would not be any inferior than that as in the sample provided.

    我汗颜~~这么散的单,这不是为难姐姐我么!不过我还是尽量地跟经理争取,希望能够安排下去。我跟经理说了,她也答应了,于是我给客户做了PI,客户说要跟第一单一起出的,于是第一单做好了,就放在那里等。
    我想经理是已经安排下去的了,因为这批货不是在我们工厂做货的,所以我不好跟哪。于是我时不时有问一下经理,货做得怎么样了?她跟我说差不多好了,到临近客户要出货了,来催我要货,那时刚好又赶上香港展,我们要准备产品去参展。本来预计是4月8号出货的,这下可好了,时间马上就到了,货都还没安排!客户真的很生气了,还要求我们赔偿了呢!我当时真的不知道该怎么跟客户解释了,答应人家的,现在货拿不出来。这不是出尔反尔了吗?
    于是我只能一个劲地跟客户道歉,说年初工厂都是很忙很忙的,根本就没法插单进去做。如果要做的话,就要往后延迟一点了,不然就取消订单,只出那做好的800个框框包和300个相机包。客户真的是气坏了,但也没办法,只能按照我们说的去做,取消了还没做的订单,只要了那做好的一千多个。那一千多个还是我们参展回来后才出的。出了这批货后,客户再也没有给我们下单了。
    出了这样的问题,我都觉得愧对客户了。真的,后面过了几个月再联系他,还是跟他道歉,他还是理我了,但是我再也不知道该用什么话题引入订单。只能是问候,寒暄几句。
    这一单做得有点失败了,不过也让我成长了很多。

    对于这个客户,我做了一下的小总结:
    1.不管客户的订单大或是小都要认真对待,没有小单,何来的大单呢?
    2.没有把握的事情千万不要答应客户,因为这样有失信誉,客户都会被吓跑的。
    3.答应了客户的事情就一定要做到,要时时跟进,不能只听旁人说。要到工厂去跟进。
    4.如若货期延期,一定要提前跟客户说清楚,这样客户也好有个心里准备,千万不要隐瞒客户。因为隐瞒最终只会失去客户。

    我看到好多订单最终失去客户都是因为交期不及时的问题;    
    作为业务或者是跟单也很为难,  所以交期一般要在工厂你给的交期后面再加5-15天左右给客户, 这样更保险一点

    1.Is it possible to make this size to fit 16” laptop instead of 15.6” as in your quote?2.The inner padding/cushion on the front and back of the bag- can it be at least double of the current thickness as in sample?
    3. Zipper teeth quality needs to be of better quality. Runner quality is good.When I open and close the bag zipper does not feel so smooth.
    4.I assume that stich and material quality would not be any inferior than that as in the sample provided.

    我汗颜~~这么散的单,这不是为难姐姐我么!不过我还是尽量地跟经理争取,希望能够安排下去。我跟经理说了,她也答应了,于是我给客户做了PI,客户说要跟第一单一起出的,于是第一单做好了,就放在那里等。
    我想经理是已经安排下去的了,因为这批货不是在我们工厂做货的,所以我不好跟哪。于是我时不时有问一下经理,货做得怎么样了?她跟我说差不多好了,到临近客户要出货了,来催我要货,那时刚好又赶上香港展,我们要准备产品去参展。本来预计是4月8号出货的,这下可好了,时间马上就到了,货都还没安排!客户真的很生气了,还要求我们赔偿了呢!我当时真的不知道该怎么跟客户解释了,答应人家的,现在货拿不出来。这不是出尔反尔了吗?
    于是我只能一个劲地跟客户道歉,说年初工厂都是很忙很忙的,根本就没法插单进去做。如果要做的话,就要往后延迟一点了,不然就取消订单,只出那做好的800个框框包和300个相机包。客户真的是气坏了,但也没办法,只能按照我们说的去做,取消了还没做的订单,只要了那做好的一千多个。那一千多个还是我们参展回来后才出的。出了这批货后,客户再也没有给我们下单了。
    出了这样的问题,我都觉得愧对客户了。真的,后面过了几个月再联系他,还是跟他道歉,他还是理我了,但是我再也不知道该用什么话题引入订单。只能是问候,寒暄几句。
    这一单做得有点失败了,不过也让我成长了很多。

    对于这个客户,我做了一下的小总结:
    1.不管客户的订单大或是小都要认真对待,没有小单,何来的大单呢?
    2.没有把握的事情千万不要答应客户,因为这样有失信誉,客户都会被吓跑的。
    3.答应了客户的事情就一定要做到,要时时跟进,不能只听旁人说。要到工厂去跟进。
    4.如若货期延期,一定要提前跟客户说清楚,这样客户也好有个心里准备,千万不要隐瞒客户。因为隐瞒最终只会失去客户。

    作为业务或者是跟单也很为难,  所以交期一般要在工厂你给的交期后面再加5-15天左右给客户, 这样更保险一点
