    我进了一家小工厂做外贸,工厂外贸业务员不多,包括我在内一共5个人。我虽大学学的是国贸专业,实际上上专业课那会儿,经常翘课去看行政管理的书,打算以后从事管理工作。总之,当时记得老师对我不来上外贸操作课很大意见,差点让我不及格。去年毕业那会儿,我去了一家工厂做了行政,的确实现了自己管理的梦想,做了两个月的行政,发现钱不够花,毅然决定来深圳做业务。现在做外贸做了4个月,一共也才开了3个单,马上就有第4个单了,而这个单是我最有成就感的。这个单我跟了有二十来天了,客户是个美国人,开始的询盘就一句话,我给他做了回复问他到底需要什么东西,用在什么地方,然后第二封给我回了,然后是往来邮件每天都有会我邮件,当我跟进这个单十来天后,我让客户订样品,客户不理会我,我回复客户说他没诚意,不愿意和他做生意了,客户这样回复我

    let me tel you some thing ...
    when we start order LED light
    it take us some time to find the company to start order from it
    and we start to order 5-10 boxes a month
    now we order 100 boxes ..
    and its only sending order ..it become easy now


    but we have 3-4 company to choice from .. i'm sure you too has this problem ..
    and for the sample ............ you tak about $1000 for each company we want to order from it ..
    so if we have 4 company ,.... its $4k  just to get a sample
    and if we have 10 item that make the sample cast us $40000 ..
    as you see kevin ... we have to make sure we get to one company or 2 company max to order the sample from it
    please i hope you get my point ..'
    i love to work with me so i can get your company to top 2 .. please i don't have time too ...
    and i'm sure your company will be the one we order from it .. but i have to make my paper work and i have to make sure from every thing

    when i ask you about the AD-100 ... it was how many display can run in one player ( AD 100 ) ?  can we run 3 display in one player
    i know your software ... we can use it for more than one display
    and when i ask you to send me your software ...
    i come from this point
    1)  we think the software is very important ... and make big different ...
         it has to be easy to use so our customer has less problem so we don't get any service call for that ......
    2) so we think .. if we test your software and ... i hope to be good then we can order the player to real test ..
    ( your software it good to use for only your player .. so for us its useless unless we start order from your company )


    3)and when we order the player charge me for the software
    please i hope i clear my point
    and please we get the hard and the long time
    so keep up with me please so we can get this project start .. we looking for 1 week or max 2 week to start order

    然后我有一一给他做产品介绍,分析每款产品的差异,功能的不同。后来我发给客户我们的软件,但是客户始终无法安装,我给客户想了很多办法,给他详细解释说明书,甚至截图一步步操作给他看,但是他还是安装不了。最近客户是这样给我回邮件的:

    i try 3 time with 2 different computer to download the file
    and it download but we can't unzip it bec. its not zip file
    it come rar. format and i don't know what kind software i need to open it
    i hope you can help me to get this problem solved .. i need to start test and move to next step ..
    or we have to go with next step
    i will pay you from my personal money to order a sample
    i trust you Kevin ,.... and i know my company will go with best option .. and i hope its your company
    so i will send you the money from my personal account ( my company know .. don't allowed us to order sample until we make sure we want to go with this option or product .. 90%)
    so i will order the sample to my personal account ........ and i will test it .. then if your sample go thru and my company accept it
    they will pay me for it ...
    if not and we have the same problem .. that we have now .. we can't open the software or it hard to use it '
    or there is another company offer us better price and my company go with them
    i need to retern the sample ...i will pay for the shipping...

    然后我又给他分析不能安装软件的原因,我让他关闭防火墙,更换浏览器,在自己桌面上一步一步的一个细节操作截图并注解后做成一个WORD文件,生成PDF格式文件达十八页之多,几乎花了我一天的时间,就为了回复这一个邮件,昨天他是这样回复我的

    看到这里,我真的流泪了,这一刻我相信付出是有回报的,这个广告播放盒盒子卖两千九百多,客户也不管产品能不能用了,不管值不值,直接让我发PI,这还能说明什么呢,是我的劳动得到了客户的认可,一个新手不是靠产品的质量而是凭借不屈不饶的毅力和耐心征服了客户,做到这一步,我真的感觉很有成就感了,因为客户被我感动了,不买产品已经不好意思了。
