    今天分享的主要内容是询盘回复的二次跟进。
    Part 1
    首先我们来看一个案列
    案例一 买家询盘:Hello VickyI’m intersted you led drivers Please send a offer for PVA-24010G with 24V/10W.You have a certificate CE, TÜV and a mechanical datasheet from PVA-24010G? Thanks for more information.Best RegardsAndy

    提问:大家觉得这个回复怎么样?
    小结:一般我们建议给买家提问,一次不要太多问题,最好能控制在3个问题。等买家有回复再详细提问。我们见过问题多的情况,有专业的买家,他问卖家问题的时候,是直接提供一个表格,表格里面就有其要确定的点。非常简洁。反过来,我们供应商也可以试用这样的方法的呢。

    案例二 接下来,我们再来看一个案列
    RE:RE: I AM INSTERESTED IN YOUR products  
    Dear Sam,
    How time flies. It's almost one week since i replied your last email, but no reply from you. Now I am writing for reminding you about our offer for item of Adapters,
    ACcording to your relative inquiry at Alibaba.com. Have you got (or checked) the prices or not ? would you please tell me what's going on? Or do you have any question about our company or products? May i know your idea?
    Anyway, I hope you have good business in your country, and keep in touch with us. if still pending, i would like to offer our lastest prices to promote an opportunity to cooperate with each other.                            
    waiting for your reply sincerely.
    提问:提问大家觉得怎么样?
    总结:
    .   开放式提问:Have you got (or checked) the prices or not ? 建议尽量不要这样说。因为客人不知道该yes or no。yes 说明自己很懒,no 说明自己说谎,这样子让对方不好下台。尽量提开放式的问题。、邮件标题:其实买家没有回复我们的邮件,很可能第一封邮件不能吸引买家打开来看,所以二次跟进时最好更换一下邮件标题买家忽略了第一封邮件,就不要让买家再次忽略第二封邮件了。在这封邮件里,“RE:RE: I AM INSTERESTED IN YOUR BATTERIES很明显就是没有更换邮件标题。三. 建议邮件中最好写明第一次回盘的日期,让买家能有个概念四. 另外还有一点,可以适当减少一些问题点,少一些问句

    Part 3最后,我给大家分享一个二次跟进的模版Dear XXX(客户的名字),
    How are things going at your end? I write to confirm if you’ve received my reply dated 17th, in March,
    (上次回复的时间)which I quoted as follows in case it failed to reach your email box.
    ………………………………….(拷贝上次回复邮件的内容)
    If you’ve received the above, just kindly ignore my quoting.
    My point is that
    if there is anything I can do at this stage to support you(点名邮件来意) or if you need more information, we will be obliged if you kindly let me know.
    也可以加上下面一句邮件尾巴,表达祝福)
    By the way,
    I knew that your big day X’mas day is coming, do you have any plan for holiday? (抓住机会进行感情交流) Wish you have big days. Merry X’mas in advance!

    1.      有提醒对方什么时间报价过,也带上了上一次报价的内容,避免对方之前没有看到第一封邮件2.      最后一句,除了报价、生意,是不是还可以跟买家有些情感上的互动呢
