    时不时总会遇到些不好惹的客户,给你来一些头疼又不好对付的问题,如何见招拆招,现在来过几招吧~~~

    一、只求低价,最好低到尘埃里
    见招:Looking for the most most lowest /cheapest
    available models,discount please!

    拆招:The price we give is almost reach our bottom line,I tried to get a 2% disscount from my general manager,hope this will make you satisfied.


    We really want to do business with you,If we supply the price as you said,we can only sell the bad quality products to you, of course we can earn money, but you will lost all your credit in your market.
    We won't do that, since we want to develope long term business with every customer.
    We do not do one-shot deal.
    As you know, we offer price is very nice for you for the high quality.
    Sample can be sended if needed.

    二、一味索取免费样品
    见招:We need free samples to test the quality.
    拆招:As each day we have so many samples to send,it won't be a small amount.So our company have the rules that the fright and samples cost should be paid by our customers.And  once you place the order,we'll return this money to you.I hope you can understand us and it will be much appreciated if you can tell us your courier account just like Fedex,DHL,UPS,TNT,etc.


    三、第一次合作不信任
    见招:To avoid being deceived again,please show me the reason that I can believe you and your company.
    拆招:I know, it will not be easy to enter to business relations with an electronics manufacturer as a new supplier,so we hope you can give us this valuable opportunity.


    Just like one of our Italian customer, they did not believe in our product at the begining, but they convinced by us and accepted to have a try finally, from their feedback report, our product play a good performance.We hope that this will be a good start for the long and profitable bussiness relation between us, and we will give you more discount for lager orders.


    四、不付转账手续费
    见招:Why should we pay more $25?We never paid!
    拆招:We found the handing charge is US$25 was deduct from our account, which is seems a little high, we are afraid the blance will deduct more,that is not allowed per our finance policy, would you pls help to check and deduct this handing charge from your account. would you pls kindly understand and confirm back to us ,thanks!
