    因灯饰展会,好些日子没来外贸圈了,前些天遇到的玻利维亚客人,真是名副其实的奇葩!
    9月12日阿里上收到这样一封邮件,来自玻利维亚,邮件内容如下:
    Hello,
    I am very happy to see your products that look very nice hopefully they are made with good quality. we are building two towers making aproximately 100 apartments. we are buying many items from china and consolidating in a container. I need to sample some of your lamps and led light from ceiling. so we can buy one unit of each lamp and check it, then for the second container we can buy for the 100 apartments so a large quantity.
    please send all the details for timing, payment, price, volume of packaging, and so on and specially send the proforma invoice to ************with all the bank details.。
    we must receive the lamps either in taizhou zhejiang or in ningbo port during the next week。
    please quote:........后面接一大框的我们产品型号~~~~而且连发了2封。
     
    1) 收到此邮件,开始分析,不想搭理:
    A,从内容看, buy one unit of each lamp,他后面接的型号可不是一般的多。再看,during the next week。这么多型号下周就要给寄出去?再看,with all the bank details,第一份邮件就说要带银行信息的还是第一次(骗子邮件除外)。总总分析下来,四个字-不想搭理。
    B,看右边的买家行为:垃圾询盘1条。经营模式:manufacturer。国家:Bolivia。先搁着有空再回,是这么想的也是这么做的,呵呵~~~。
    2) 邮件来往,误以为骗子
    因邮件内容叙述太累,我就直接copy邮件说了。他不是要报价嘛,我就发了分简单的报价过去,可以说他回的相当神速。内容如下:
    Dear
    I have received your quotation and you are the only one who understood very
    well.
    Please include 2 of each lamp, and two of the following lamps, no matter if
    you have to buy from your competitors, for the led lights please include 60
    units
    And please quote them all FOB NINGBO PORT as my container will depart from
    there
    Please dont forget to include bank info and time of delivery
    Thank you in advance
    特别说明,邮件附带LED天花灯报价,而且是别人给报过价给他,因我们主要做装饰类的灯具,还有一款灯要一支。又在此提到附带银行信息,我总觉得这人不靠谱,再一次没搭理他了。
    第二天,他又很主动的来了封邮件,大致意思是说“还没收到我给他的回复,他要求样品30th之前到宁波。”我看时间,30th可以考虑下,我就给回了邮件,大致问了下情况,确定数量之类的。客人一直回复很神速,内容如下:
    Its better if I send you your competitor Price and address. So you can buy from her in the same town and send all of them together with yours, 后面接一大led框灯带,灯条,天花灯,还附上了别厂家给他的报价,我真是服了~~~~。
    我就直接去了封邮件:
    Have a nice day, I carefully checked your attach, yes, I know beauty lighting. I really want to help you also,. but, pls note if we buy it from her for you, the price is much higher than them.

    So, It's better if you can contact them directly. if you can accept the higher price,  we will be happy to help you

    You are very nice and to be honest i think you are much more clever than your competitors becauae you understood perfectly since the beginning what i needed.
    Your competitor have not replied me. I will insist but please contact them anyway lets see how much more expensive they ask you

    别的厂家都不回他了,再一次觉得这人真的很不靠谱,再一次婉约拒绝。
    Thanks for your email, we are not produce this lamp, we have to buy it for you from other factory.
    But, we have not hear any new from that factory, their MOQ is 30 pc/model, they cann't accept one piece. so, Iam so sorry.

    Moreover, your delivery time is so urgent, generally, they are not in stock. it's need 25days at least. so, pls understand.

    邮件很长,后面有提到了银行信息~~~~。
    客人这是怎么了?从下个周要,到30th之前,再到可以等25天,这~~~~~???你们有遇到过这样的客人吗?反正我是第一次遇到。
     
    我还是选择低调回避,继续我的不搭理之旅,客人又来了邮件,催叫我给银行信息,他准备付款,后面依然是一大筐的LED灯条,灯带,并且说
    I also need to see urgently your catalog in excel or word version as I need to order more items。左右看都不像客人,依然不理。
    最后客人都不叫我Vivi了,直接:
    Hello
    I need to place the order of your products!!
    Please confirm!!

    在拒绝了几次之后客人依然穷追不舍,每次都提到带银行信息,然后带一大筐不是我们的产品,我当时在想这是在找茬吗?我已经对客人完全失去了信心。之后就没有联系了。
    3)一封邀请函,才知客人不是骗子,只是邮件有些乱!
    差不多隔了一个月,到10月21号,客人又来邮件了:
    Dear vivi
    Its a pitty you were not interested in this sale. Do you think you can
    deliver within the week?? Our container must leave ningbo before 28th. Our
    lamps as quoted has nothing special they should be in stock.
    I can pay you today.
    Please confirm.

    我一看是他,没仔细看邮件。就说要参加香港展没时间,直接一封邀请函飞过去。客人当时很生气连发2封邮件:
    Hi vivi
    I guess you are kidding. You have aet me a pi for three lamps i need to pay today and recive before 26th in ningbo port. How can a company tell me that nobody can do the shipment if you go to hong kong???? And kidding that instead i can go to hong kong????

    Dear vivi
    I need to make the payment today for this PI
    Please send the bank details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    I have been asking this for the last month and you have never replied.
    I need to receive before oct 26Th

    看到这里,我在仔细翻阅他前2封邮件,是有带了附件的,就是我发给他我们灯的报价,我开始觉得貌似我对不住人家了,不过确实Quotation与PI还是有区别的,客人难道会天真的以为我们第一次合作钱没到会给他生产?不过怎么说也是我心虚了,立马道歉~~~~!
    Sorry, maybe there are some misunderstands between us, I just sent you a quotation not PI before, our panyment term: 100% T/T in advance.
    If you really want to buy these there lamp, we can try to help.  and these can be done and sent to you within 15days from now on.

    Is it ok for you? if ok, pls pay asap, we will arrange the production soon.

    并带上了PI
    最后谈下来,客人要求10天,本来我就心虚,立马答应了客人。一切确定确定之后,客人说他那边付款费用很高,说叫国内的另一玻璃窗供应商给我们付款。隔了两天都没反应。再一次,觉得这客人真的很不靠谱!第三天,客人国内的供应商来了电话,说给我们付款。钱到帐事好办,呵呵呵~~~

    后记:从玻璃窗供应商那里得知,这个客人确实很奇葩,他有另一家供应商,货都给他差不多做完了,说量要减半,伤不起~~~~~

    总结:
    1)对外贸新手来说,在分析邮件后,可按优质劣质之分,但如有时间最好能回复的都回复,说不定别人认为的垃圾邮件,就是你的菜。
    2)客人乱的时候,我们要清,时刻保持仔细分析客人邮件的状态。
    3)要相信,有些客人就是那么奇葩。奇葩不奇葩,钱到帐好办事,呵呵呵~~~
