    我知道看了题目肯定有人问我客户资料怎么来,最简单的方法就是直接在“外贸连”的微信公众平台里下载,下载不了可以再找我。

    拿到了资料又有人问我,如何辨别资料的真假?特别是成千上万的资料到手了,如何去筛选去分辨邮箱真假发开发信呢?这就是我今天要说的重点。

    一般有下载过我们资料的连粉会发现,资料里面会有客户的公司名字,采购的商品,联系电话,联系人,公司地址等等这些基本资料。

    我们首先要做的就是根据客户登记的采购商品来筛选是否有采购我们的商品的,如果是这类的就要抽出来放在首要跟进里。另一部份就是同行业产品,例如,采购意向是冰箱,那有可能他们也会需要冰柜或者洗衣机,所以类似的这些客户也可以保留在待定跟进里,留待目标客户跟进完进行进一步开发。

    筛选后我们就抽丝剥茧,这里分为三部曲跟大家分享下:

    1.用公司名字来筛选。

    如果资料里有公司主页的就直接进入公司主页,没有的就把客户的公司名字放到各大搜索引擎上面去搜索,找出客户的公司主页,先了解客户网站上是否有我们的产品,然后再分类,同时浏览网页,看一下网页上的联系方式跟我们现有资料的是否一致,如果没有那就把网页上的记下来。

    这样我们可以多一个途径方便后面跟进客户。

    2.邮箱真假的验证。

    对于邮箱地址,我们可以借助一些验证邮箱的软件来进行验证。

    当然,看我们直接发送邮件过去的时候,是否有退信也是一个简单、直接明了的方法,收到的退信通知我们一定要看和分析,因为不是所有的退信都是证明这个邮箱地址是没有的,有些时候是因为你的邮件内容或者标题刚好中了客户的反垃圾系统。所以如果是因为中奖的话,那就记录好,后面再进行破解。

    3.最后一个就是电话直接进行确认。

    通过筛选验证后我们已经知道客户是我们的目标客户,邮箱地址正确,但是在我们多次发邮件,客户还是没有回复的情况下,那就不要犹豫,拿起你的电话,打过去问是否XXX 公司,我们是XX ,希望跟你们的XX 通电话,进行最后的验证。

    如果有些说不是这间公司,那就问他是否有采购我们的商品,或许这时候你也会有收到意外的回报。多问一句,并不会怎么样。

    如果对方说是这间公司,但是没有采购这种商品,那你翻查该公司的主页看他们是否有这种产品,有的话,那有可能是该公司一种应付推销电话的方式,那你可以暂时先挂电话。下次,第二天或者隔一两天,你再打电话,你直接说是:“我是XXX公司的,是你们公司XX 商品的供应商,找XXX (这个是海量资料里面有的),有重要的事情,希望帮忙转接。”这样成功率会高很多。多试几次,你就会得到你想要的。

    要想在海量资料里找宝,凡事比别人多做些,多做搜索工作,利用搜索引擎筛选公司,找到真正的主页,多分析,多分类并把重要信息记录好,少一分犹豫,主动打电话。你总会挖到宝。

That is actually what I am going to talk about today.

    Those friends who have ever downloaded the information on our platform will know that it includes the basic information like the customer's company name, purchasing products, contact information, person for contact and company address.

    What you need to do at first is to see if the customers purchase the products you sell. If they do, you should pick them out and take them as the key customers to follow up with. And you can also pick out the customers who purchase products that are in the same category with the ones you sell, and you can save the information for future contact, after following up with all the target customers. For example, if the customer purchases refrigerators, then they will probably need to buy freezers or wash machines as well.

    After that, you should make further selection and confirmation. And there are three steps you can follow:

    1.Make selection by the names of the companies.

    If the company's website address is included in the information, you can check the website. If it is not included, you can search the company's names on various searching engines and find their websites. You should check if there is any type of product that you sell on their websites, and then you can classify the companies. Meanwhile you should browse their websites and check if the contact information is in accord with those included in the downloaded information. If it isn't, you should write the contact information on the websites down.
    It is more a convenient way for us to follow up the customers.

    2. Verification of the e-mails addresses.

    You can verify the e-mail addresses with some specialized applications.

    And another easy and direct way of verification is that you can send e-mails to the mail boxes and see if they will bounce. You should check and analyze emails that bounce, because they will bounce not only because the email addresses are invalid, but also because the content or subject of your emails are against the customers' Anti-Spam System. So if your email bounces because of the latter reason, you should keep a record of it and try to decode the system.

    3. Finally, make a phone call for confirmation.

    After selection and verification, you will know which customers should be your target customers, and you will be sure of whether their e-mail addresses are valid. But if the customers don't reply you after you send e-mails to them many times, you should not hesitate to pick up your phone and make some calls to make the final confirmation.

    If you are told that they are not the companies you are looking for, then you can ask if they purchase products that you sell. Maybe you will get some windfall. You will not lose anything to ask some more questions.

    If they told you they are the companies you are looking for, but they don't buy the products you sell, then you should check their websites and see if there are these products on it. If there are, then they might just say so to turn you down. You can hang up the phone and call them back after one or two days. You can say: "this is *** company, the supplier of your *** products. I am looking for ***(these information is included in the database). I have something important to talk to him/her. Please transfer the call to him/her for me."  You are more likely to succeed by doing so. Try to do so for a few more times and you will get what you want.

    If you want to make the best use of the information, you should try harder and make more searches. You should search the companies with various searching engines and find out their websites, and then make analyses and classify the companies while recording the important information. Don't hesitate to make calls, and you will surely gain something.
