Hot-selling products are more than new products
“We can’t devote so much energy to new products development as before, but focus on keeping the existing hot products. Proven products are the best
When mentioning the product trend, Mr. Huang who engaged in crafts manufacturing told us the essence of product competition: products with stable quality and best price can stay until the end. To survive in counter current: to maintain regular customers
Engaged in the production of daily necessities, Mr. Wang told us that now it is more difficult to develop new customers, so maintaining the old customers can keep surviving and profitability. Hence he was not aim at receiving lots of orders but keeping relationship with his customers. Meanwhile, a buyer from India engaged in purchasing of furniture, said, he came to Canton Fair for many times. He could find many other suppliers in the fair but not now. Not mentioning placing order on the spot of the fair. Few buyers would do that but if they are interested in one model, they must keep contacting with the each side.
Develop from “made in China” to “quality made in China”
For this problem, buyers from different countries hold different ideas. Buyers from the United States and Russia are still relatively satisfied with the quality of “made in China”. They said China's suppliers are basically able to meet their product needs, and rarely cannot reach cooperation because of the technology. And a German buyers said that for the Chinese quality, he had a dialectical view, China's products can be very high-end, but also can be very bad, so there is a large span. Hence, it depends.
This time our reporter has interviewed exhibitors and buyers to get the idea of both sides, so that we can have full interpretation of the exhibition.
