    十年家具行业外贸分享,对客人仁慈,就是对自己严厉

    各位,好久没有写帖子了,今天心情好,小小分享一下最近的心得。也是为了兑现上一封帖子的承诺。

    对待客人,不能太仁慈,我们要主导交易,把客人尽量引导到我们的指定的路子上面来。不然,为了客人的要求,我们会忙于奔命,且处处被动。

    影响人总比被人要想好,做生意时,对自己宽容总比处处被动好,我们要把握住主动权。

    话不多说,案例为王。

    1.-客人在我问他的终端客人要什么颜色后问我,如下:
    Dear Ruberts,
    What color do you have ?

    Yes, I misunderstood what he wanted. I called him and he said me that he wants the same colors. He wants a velvet (velour) fabrics, but in different style, no shiny but sober one.

    赞一个!针对有些客户该狠时就不要手软 我也有个客户邮件每次都很犀利 我也毫不留情 以为后面没戏了 没想到主动电话给我打定金了!

    呵呵,严重同意供货商要挺直腰板,不要什么都从了客户,失掉主动权。

    要是楼主再加上自己的旁白和详解就更好了,有些行业内的术语不是很容易看懂,比如像我这样的外贸新人~~~

    1.-当然,对大多数的客人,我们不能这样,就是怕不是最终的客人让我们忙于奔命,我们只有让他按照我们常规的思路来做事效率高一点
    2.-只要我们比客人专业,这种做法叫做欲擒故纵,因为中间的客人要靠我们赚钱,终端的客人看重我们的产品,不会轻易换掉的
