    做外贸,开发信都写过不少,曾经有过长篇大论,也想过简短精悍,更想过出奇的招数。效果参差不齐。最近邮箱经常收到一些开发信,可能是误找了我的邮箱吧。下面就我看到的一些开发信写出我的想法和分析。如有异议,欢迎讨论!

    Dear sir,

     优点: 简洁明了,整体看起来很舒服。
    个人建议:可以再加一两句话描述产品或者公司特点和优势。以加深印象。

    优点:正文简洁明了,用不同的颜色,和加粗的字体表示不同的着重点。

    个人建议:.针对性不强,邮件中列出的产品是不同类型的,可能针对的客户群体是不一样的。这样千篇一律的发,没有针对性。

    不足:主动语态太多,I, we, our 等。另外可以增加一些产品的特色和优势。

    整体效果很不错,段落分配合理:第一段开门见山表达写信的目的,第二段介绍公司产品,特点和使用市场。第三段,列举目前的客户群体。

    3.列举如果客户购买会得到什么好处,做生意必然有利益才会做。
    4.建议客户先拿样品,并给予后期支持。
