4:Features of wear-resistant steel
A):Reducing steel plate weight:Steel plate is based on a number of
alloying elements required for the addition, the design of high-strength
low-alloy series, through the plate the way a special heat treatment to
improve the strength level of steel so that they are to correspond to a
variety of high hardness (wear resistance). As a result, the weight of
structural parts can be reduced significantly

welding,this steel is weldable both manually and automatically.To prevent
cold cracking in the welded joints only welding consumables giving welds
of very low hydrogen content should be used.Preheating is not generally
necessary for welding with austenitic filler metals,but it may be necessary
for welding with ferritic filler metals.The preheat temperature level for
welding depends on the plate thickness and the residual stress state of the
structure.The working temperature should not go beyond 250 degree.
