    高回复率开发信到底是怎么回事呢?

    首先是曝光率高,如果你仅仅对着10个潜在客户发肯定是达不到开发信的效果的。

    其次是转化率高

    对方邮箱是否有效

    当邮件顺利到达对方是否打开

    这时候邮件标题尤为重要

    以下几个打开率比较高的标题:

    【新品】Don't sell last year's style. New arrival of XXX.(要点:这个必须是公司或者客户市场的新产品)

    【通用标题】Sending you an offer for XXX.(要点:客户在采购季或知道对方在发询盘)

    【目标客户名】XXX+read this email to get benefited.(要点:客户的名字事先要确认,以及提到 get benefited)

    【介绍人】recommended I get in touch(要点:这个人必须是真实存在的共同联系人)

    客户打开了是否就已经是转化了呢?只要对方没有回复,那么外贸参考(公众号:外贸参考)认为就不算转化。

    我们知道对一个陌生人刚开始很多人都是拒绝的,第一次可能不会搭理,因此要多次。

    第一周:第一封开发信先先让客户看到你的信息

    隔天或者第三天:继续做基础的跟进加深客户印象

    下一周后:提及打电话,争取得到客户回复

    通常大家需避开周一(最繁忙)周五(即将结束这一周工作)并且考虑到对方的时差,在其上班时间发出。

    此外邮件的排版要认真,这关系到客户是否会阅读下去,此外外贸参考(公众号:外贸参考)建议 里面要有要求客户做什么的提示,比如回复你的邮件,否则对方就看看。

    七、维护老客户

    九、转介绍被拒绝
