    不回邮件是最最头疼的了,哪怕当面拒绝也可以啊,但是客户为什么不回邮件呢,今天要分享的是:
    "客户不回邮件之客户很忙"

    一封简单的邮件短小精悍,美观易读,但是没法融入更多的情感。
    比如这样的:
    We sent you quotation for **** on June 18th, 2018, have you checked it, if that, please share with us your comments at your earliest convenience.
    这样一封中规中矩的邮件客户实在是可回可不回,因为不回也没有“伤害”到谁啊。

    正所谓,少即是多,多即是少。
    一封带有情感的邮件可能会是一股清流,击中客户的行动防线,邮件需要情感。
    饱含情感,离不开八个字:动之以情,晓之以理!

    看客户,感觉客户性子还可以就会先分享天气,节假日,以及趣事(控制字数,一般一到两行),然后进入正题。最重要的是,跟进的次数不要很频繁,不能给客户造成压迫感,就这样。还有些客户,怎么样都不会回复的,我也没办法,只能把心态摆正喽

    个人觉得跟进邮件不要太长,很多客户母语也不是英文,你用的花里胡哨的语法,人家没耐心看完不也凉凉了?
