    本来想等这个单子完全确定了再来分享期间的沟通过程。
    但是昨天7月16号,我觉得应该祭奠加怀念一下,同时也对自己Never give up的精神自我欣赏一下!

    It is NOT good to negotiate again now!! You will totally let us down!!
    We already talked about 500 or 1000pcs per bag and 4000pcs per carton. I will find out the email about this………………..
    For the gingham price – pls see attached quotation you sent. I remember that you did mention about it is higher cost but I thought you commit to keep the same price finally.
    For the 100K, I know your concern about how many delivery – We are reasonable US company, we know if it is too many times, delivery charge will be adjusted.

    怎么说都不合理。。。Unreasonable......
     
    我什么也不想多说,直接报了老板给的新价格,和原来的FOB价格保持一致,但这次的条款现在是出厂价,不包括报关、买单、拖车一切费用。(这次即使他们分N次出,产生N次费用,也不关我们的事情,我们比较保险)

    1.       WHY the price is NOW ex-factory, we always deal in FOB. Please change it BACK!!!!!2.       The qty is incorrect!! Please see below for correct quantity.3.       Payment term: 30% deposit and 70% before shipment Total order quantity should be : Breakdown :       xx  Vendor    xx I need the updated quote asap so that we can send you the invoice.     我要是unreasonable,我就不和你沟通了。
    But,话都说到这份上了,订单马上要到手了,而且客人上周五也来看过厂了,除了价格,90%成交的几率。谈了2个月,打样N多次了,我怎么可能放弃,要死要要死得彻底一点!
     
    好吧,看我的感情牌+ 各项费用明细罗列牌
    (这几封邮件,我都没有很及时的回复,都是过了好几个小时才回,有点有意,也有点无意这样做~~~因为谈最终价格这事情,本来就没有那么爽快,那么efficiency,还有我一直在想怎么组织我的语言会更到位)

    If there are more profits in this order ,I do not prefer to make this order difficult .
    As a salesperson ,of course I prefer more orders ,big orders.

    There are several points
    1.Customs clearance ,towing fee etc.
    Before ,4 million, we thought shipping out all goods once .
    Now we need shipping out goods by four times for around 5 million ,that means we have to pay 3 more times of customs clearance ,towing fee etc. All these increase the cost.

    Usually  export goods to US, ,FOB Shenzhen ,customs clearance ,towing fee etc, once around RMB3000 (no matter how much kilograms the goods are ) ;four times ,RMB12,000.


    2.Packing:
    Before we thought about  our conventional bulk packing  ,which can contain 10,000pcs.
    So many small cartons are out of our expectation.

    As your requirements, Carton size is  42*39*33cm ,exported dedicated carton ,around RMB5.0/unit ,all together 1300 units, (RMB 6500 )
    (Cost increased again)

    As for 200K order , before we thought we can use big plastic bag to ship out to Anhui ,this will be more competitive.
    Now 4000pcs per carton,  50cartons need delivery cost more than 4,000RMB if take airline ,and common delivery is 2,370RMB ,takes 3-4days.

    3.Payment: 30% deposit ,70% balance payment after shipping out the first goods in November ,30% deposit is not enough for purchasing materials.

    Please kindly have a look at the revised quotation again and let me know what you think.

    算还是有点人情味。
    题外话,我们的价格真的是把利润压到很低了,后来报的FOB价格也只多加了人民币几分钱哦~~全部清清楚楚可以算得出来的~
    对于价格,我们还是要有自己的底线!以免突发意外,亏损,吃力不讨好!
    对于这个我深有体会,因为来公司差不多半年,所以很想出大单,之前一个意大利客人1
    万的订单,俺们现在做得想死,因为是外发的,同时也是第一次做类似的产品,不良率N高,交期从6月15拖到6月底,再拖到7月13,再延期到7月20~~ 现在货代让我们20号12点货物到深圳盐田港,意味着19号要全部准备齐全~~~ 现在还在沟通ing
