这封邮件有很大的问题吗？

Dear 客户
Before we sent the tag we had test the tags .
The read range o f the big one is 5-6m.The small one is 1.5-2m at least.

The problem is the way you use the reader,not the tag's poor strength.

If you want all tags in the bags to be read ,expanding the sensing range of reader is the best solution.
Here some suggestions
1.Place four antennas as the picture.The antenna on the left and the right should parallel with the luggage .The antenna above should be tilted 45 degrees.
2.Choosing the circularly polarized antenna
3.The best solution is place an antenna on the floor.and the number of antenna will be less.

If you not do as this ,no tags can meet your requirement

所以我追了几封邮件都是没有得到客户的额回复？
