    这个客户实在是让姐无法保持沉默,必须说道说道。 7.28收到询盘,7.30号奇葩客户回复了。短短的两句话:you have not answered my original question please refer to my

    没称呼,没结束语,姐翻翻之前的询盘,哪里有他说的question!姐就回复他:Hi Tony,
    I checked your inquiry from alibaba just now,but
    didn't find what is your original question. Could you inform me your question
    here again?
    Sample testing is welcomed. Could you let me know
    which type you like? There are 4 types of gu10 lamp in the quotation. We can
    send one sample for free to you, but the freight need you to pay. Because
    you know I'm just an employee, within the scope of my abilities can only apply
    for a free samples to you. If you also want to test the other 3 types quality,
    we have to charge sample fee for you. Hope you can understanding us.
    How about your idea?

    If you want to obtain, you must pay first. If you were a manufacturer ,I ask you
    to send a free sample and pay the freight also. Are you willing to do that? So
    please don't waste my time,you are not sincerely to do business. Bye....

    客户:Typical fake chinese byee
    我:That is also I think about you. Typical fake to get sample.
     客户:All you good forbis chinese massage in hotel even that all crap and
    dirty.
    You are now blocked
    我:Don't buy goods from China.
     客户:I do what i like shut up
    我:You will never get what you want ! I do what I like, none of your
    business.
    亲们,你有碰到过这么不靠谱的么?无语了啊。。。。

    之前遇到印度的,还拼命说自己要买质量好的产品,要我送免费样品,好不容易向公司申请了,他说要我们出运费。。。我说这是不可能的,你不需要付出任何的,就可以得到,没有生意人傻到那个地步。。。。他却说别人都是这样做的免费送的,我说那你找别人去。。。。。。

    没觉得客户哪里奇葩,反而觉得你比较奇葩。个人观点,就事论事。其实很多客户都是想要免费的样品并且不付运费的,但是也有可能成交的,我就遇到过好几个,客户不付样品费,并且不付运费大有人在,你们公司要是不能接受,你完全可以好好跟他说下,然后客户不同意就算了的,你非要跟客户争辩那么多,我觉得跟奇葩的是你。做业务要淡定的奥。

    好多客人是知道要付运费的,如果真的很诚心要卖的话,肯定是付运费的。现在不付运费的客人不给样品。样品可以免费但是运费还是要他们出。如果他拿了免费的样品,没有要他出钱他也就不会珍惜了。
