[医疗保健]【寄样】浅谈寄样 + 最近Skype在线样单谈成聊天记录分享

寄好样,产品测试OK,客户满意,可能会为我们后期带来大宗订单,叫人欣喜;
没寄好样,包装烂了,产品测试挂了,留给客户的印象坏了,可能导致我们与几万甚至是十几万USD的订单擦肩而过,心凉半截。

大家都有过不少的寄样的经历,估计也碰到过以下三种常见的关于寄样的情况:

1. 客户要求样品免费,运费一分钱都不愿意多出的
 这年头,都说骗取样品的多,慎重为妙。对于这种,我一般都sorry,免费样品暂时无法提供。

2. 客户要求样品免费,愿意预付或者到付运费的
 由于我们的产品还算是属于较高货值器械类的,除非是来看厂的合作意向强烈或
 者已经合作较好的客户会考虑外,样品费一般也都是不会免的。
 非器械类别货值相对不高的产品,样品免费,预付运费或者运费到付考虑接受。

3. 客户接受购买样品,样品费、运费都愿意出的
对于销售器械类,样品费贵运费也不便宜,告知客户样品需要购买这也可能是很多卖家不得已的要求。我常做的就是尽量去说服客户为样品费和运费买单;当然,通常为了促成成交,会考虑跟客户讲,先收取样品费和运费,样品单的样品费可从后期大宗订单中相应地减去。

寄样总结:

1. 接样品单后,确认有无库存,有库存随时待发最好;没库存与生产仓库等部门确认何时有货,跟客户交代交期。还好我们一般样品都是ready for shipment
2. 样品检查,检查机器和包装是否缺陷,配件是否齐全等
3. 亲自检查测试机器工作情况,尽力确保工作正常,check and recheck
4. 随单同寄的商业发票,盖公章,一般都酌情写较低货值以便帮助客户在收货时上交较少进口税费;特殊要求在发票中按实际价值填写的情况,最好还是跟客户确认清楚,包括敏感字眼的品名,也需确认。
5. 一般寄样到各欧洲中东东南亚,主要使用DHL,FedEx 居多;寄送医疗产品样品到美国,选用EMS较多。 寄样到俄罗斯,走过EMS, CHINA POST AIR MAIL(中国邮政小包) 或者Hong Kong Post Air Mail(香港邮政小包),小包还比较便宜划算,就是耗时较久。目前还没有碰到过样品寄丢或者卡关的情况。客户都成功收货。
6. 给样品和打包后的包装拍照
7. 发送追踪单号给客户参考,关注订单运输动态
8. 货物到达客户国家,提醒准备收货
9. 客户收货,后续跟进产品测试情况询问

下面分享下8月末成交的一样单全程记录

8月27日晚上11点多,看到一位欧洲的新客户在TM上给我留言了,说对我们某款产品感兴趣,并告诉了我她的Skype账户,请求加为联系人。当时客户已经呈不在线状态。当晚比较晚,后来就睡觉去了,准备第二天再加客户。

第二天我添加客户为Skype好友,她正好在线,我们的谈话接着就开始了:

8月31号周六的时候收到客户通过邮件发来的MTCN监控号码,网上查询了下确认是可收款状态。
于是我回复客户周一回到办公室之后会请财务查收付款,并且会告知样品发货的相关情况。

昨天周一,货物已经安排由DHL发出。算是一次比较顺利的成交。
