一个好消息是最近正值9月份阿里巴巴的采购节,相应的为很多商家带来了许多询盘。这些以后都有可能会转化为订单。所以,这些询盘近乎于支票啊,只能成单然后拿钱~
一个坏消息是,询盘变多,回复就需要更加频繁,尤其考验大家的能力。可能很多人要哭了,平时应付几个客户的询盘都有些吃力,何况再多几个呢?
不过,不怕,这第二个好消息就是为了帮助大家更好的提升询盘回复能力,帮助大家更好的解决问题,我们特地收集了一些询盘回复模板,

1.回应买家砍价:

8.说明海关税的一些情况
