建议解决方案:
话说“知己知彼,方能百战不殆”。能够观察客户的活动情况说明你还是很用心思的同学。
1、查看客人最近搜索行为,通过以上关键词了解客户定位和自己公司的匹配度。
2、通过客户的邮箱、电话、传真、公司名称、客人的名字在互联网上搜索,看是否能够找到客人的脸书,(需要学会如何科学的上网),tweeter,网页,公司网站等信息。
3、产品浏览次数0,排除阿里巴巴系统问题,大致可以判断客人发询盘还是比较随意的,你可以默认客户看都没看你公司的产品就发给你了。
4、如果我们认为的狐狸没有露出狐狸尾巴,那么这只狐狸只是一个假想敌。本着宁可错发一千,也不能放过一个客户的态度,继续保持跟进。建议跟进频率1、3、7、14、30、30、30。小心钓鱼的假冒伪劣客户。
