We are familar with xx manufactures in China and know their prices and quality levels well, as this is a small and new field.
We strongly suggest you consider our most best item xx, we had sold large quantity in USA and our domestic market, customers are quite satisfied with the price and quality.
For OEM order quantity >=500pcs, our best price will be xx/pcs Ex-work, Logo printing cost is $xx/order.
Our package is xx pcs/carton, it will be around xx cartons, we can arrange seaway delivery for you and quote accordingly when you have firm order. You can also choose your shipping agent.
Please check and let us know your kind comments.

Dear xxAlthough the price you offered is competitive in your mind and i actually agree that it is fairly reasonable but not for our market in xx however for countries like UK, USA and certain European countries they may would probably find it reasonable. We require FOB terms and a much better price than has been offered.I
in xx consumers are not able to purchase advanced xx they opt for the typical cheap ones, so the price has to be closer to our competition(cheap ones) so that we are able to sell in bulk quantity

我的回复,通过认同客户观点,让客户愿意跟你聊下去,同时告知客户你已经给了很低的价格,但是你还会努力,不过努力的前提是必须有实单和目标价格,业务切忌不要没拿到客户目标价格,只看到客户说价格低就一味的自己降价:

Being a sales person, we have the company rule to obey, but we need to stand more for customers, so what is your target FOB price and when will you consider to have the trial order with us, this is the most important factor for me to gain discounted prices from Mr xx, he is the boss!

In the meantime please send me high res brochures and certification for your products along with your big clients that you supply to.

遇到客户让列举代表客户,大家都不知道该怎么说,一个原则,有大款就一定要说出来,没大款就说有保密协议,不能泄露,所以我的回答如下:

Thanks very much for your kind understanding, so I will wait for your updated news.
For your questions, I can answer by attached PDF file, you will find our OEM customers in China, the certificates and patents we had gained for our company and products, our new product in year 2016, and even our selling prices in China!
I am a honest person, so I try my best to offer you more information before take the decision to release order to us, as sales person is the 1st assurance for customer, who should think, consider and work more for customer, we only can maintain good relationship with customer based on aware customer's demand and satisfy it.
You may know that China's demand for xx is quite big due to the terrible environmental pollution, espcially for the Child and elderly person, it is always quite crowd and spent one day in lines to wait for doctors, so people like this kind of benefit invention, which can make them live easier and healthier.
Our most biggest markets are USA and China domestic market, for the USA customers, sorry for cannot name out, as we had signed Confidentiality agreement and promised, so we can not say their name out.
If you want us to sign Confidentiality agreement, we can do accordingly and will not tell others, this will be the basic assurance we should do for our OEM customers, thanks for your kind understanding in advance.

楼主棒棒哒。。可是有些客户比较忙,回复也都简略得简直想靠脑波给你交流完。。是不是要更简略一点的回复比较好、、、说真的,小菜鸟一枚,现在都迷茫得很,除了自己在阿里找的偶尔有回复,基本都是只进不回,不知道怎么继续发了
