回给客户的询盘称呼写错了,会不会直接被客户PASS掉啊?

我一个芬兰的客户,对我们产品很感兴趣,之前问过一个产品,当时因为某些原因,我给他的运费价格算错了.后来解释了之后他也没说什么,昨天他又询了三款产品,我给他回邮件的时候竟然把称呼写错了,写成了自己的名字,搞的称呼也是我,最后署名也是我,这样的情况我是要跟他解释还是直接当做没发生啊?

The first one we have the parts in stock, but the last two motor we have to open a new mould for the cover, which will cause some mould charge.
Hence, there are MOQ limited for the last two products and the delivery time will be a little long.

后面再发一封,正确的称呼,写的更有诚意一点,让客户更心动

    个人建议你最好先重新发一封邮件给买家,然后电话跟买家道个歉!顺便可以推销一下你其他的产品!

      这种情况很正常,如果觉得不太好可以再回复一封邮件说不好意思把名字弄错了。还是简单的说下即可,不必过于紧张。
